MANUFACTURING
From reinforcement and resin to grating and profiles.
Two manufacturing routes shape Muqi’s core product families: molding for grid panels, and pultrusion for constant-section profiles.

30+ YEARS IN PRODUCTION
Experience that connects materials, processes and products.
At Muqi, more than 30 years of production experience informs our work with molded FRP grating and pultruded profiles. Molding and pultrusion create different product forms, so each follows its own material and geometry requirements.
The forming principles below explain how those products take shape. Product definition, appearance and order details connect the process to the finished supply.
MOLDED GRATING
A grid, formed in a mold.
Glass fiber reinforcement and resin are arranged in a mold to form the panel. After curing, the panel is released for finishing and product checks.
- 01
Reinforcement & resin
Materials define the composite system.
- 02
Molding
A mold defines the grid and panel geometry.
- 03
Curing & release
The panel takes its finished form.
- 04
Finishing & checks
Dimensions and finish follow the specification.
PULTRUDED PROFILES
A section, formed continuously.
Resin-wetted reinforcement is pulled through a heated forming die. The profile cures in a defined cross-section and is cut to length.
- 01
Fiber reinforcement
Continuous reinforcement enters the process.
- 02
Resin impregnation
Resin combines with the reinforcement.
- 03
Forming & curing
A heated die shapes the cross-section.
- 04
Finished lengths
The profile is cut for the product requirement.
THE FINISHED PRODUCT
The process connects to the product specification.
